2020 Semi-Dry Riesling

Ripe peach apricot, nectarine, tropical/tangerine. Medium bodied, exceptional sugar-acid interplay, lingering. Drink upon release through 2030-35 and likely longer.
Treatment: After harvest, the grapes were then crushed, partially cold soaked, pressed and inoculated with yeast, next undergoing a 13 day fermentation at 60 degrees. Then heat and cold stabilized and filtered, the wine aged in stainless steel tanks until being bottled on May 5th, 2021.
Harvest: October 22-23. 6.64 ton, 21 brix, 10.6 g/l TA, 3.24 pH
Final stats: 7.7 g/l TA, 2.98 pH, 1.25% residual sugar, 12.1% alcohol. 359 cases produced.
