Rich and iconic. Elderberry, black currant, plum, strawberry jam, cigar box. Lush, youthful, primed with life.

Darker and more concentrated than the 7/777.  Aromatics are currently hidden a bit. Black cherry, black raspberry, black pepper, plum. Flavors build on the palate, robust finish. A wine to keep an eye on. 

Structured and deep. Cherry, strawberry jam, dried leaves/forest floor, tea.  Seductive tannins. Beautiful even in its youth.

Very aromatic, robust yet smooth.  Blackberry, cocoa, cola, bell pepper.  Patience and bottle aging with this vintage will pay off beautifully. 

A dry oak aged blend of French American hybrid grapes made with Chancellor and Lèon Millot. It’s soft and velvety in the mouth with excellent fruity character and a smooth finish.

This wine has medium sized bubbles and a light golden straw color. The nose is full, intense, fresh and vivid with aromas of lemon, tangerine, orange, pineapple and white lily flowers. A beautiful expression of just how well suited the Finger Lakes region is for sparkling wine production.

Pear, granny smith apple, pineapple, honey, spice. Full bodied, excellent acid-sugar balance. Hedonistic and intense. Drink upon release through 2030. Deep cellar to 2040-45.

Aromatic, bountiful ripe orchard fruits- peach, apricot, nectarine. Medium bodied, luscious, and balanced.

Rich, ripe black-cherry and raspberry flavors blend into liquid silk on the palate, but are framed squarely by the fine-grained tannins and a spray of cranberry acidity. The finish goes on and on. Likely to drink beautifully from now through at least 2020."

The wine is palate-filling, very rich, and smooth with well developed tannins. It has tart fruit flavors without any bite- cranberry, elderberry, and black currants. These expansive aromatics are joined with suggestions of pepper, fresh flowers, lightly toasted marshmallow, and ripe elderberries. Silky tannins coat the palate and lend to a very pleasant, long finish.

This dark, ruby red Cabernet is perfect for your upcoming holiday feasts. It has a fruity, dusty aroma and has flavors reminiscent of black cherries and raspberries, oak and black tea. Firm, integrated tannins grip the palate nicely and the wine lingers on and on. Try pairing this with Beef Wellington, roast beef, flank steak or pork roast with a cherry compote.
