Enjoy this delicious new wine with flavors of blueberry, spice, vanilla, & fall flower. A round, soft, lingering finish. The 2020 vintage has been good to us and this wine is a great example of a bold, approachable wine from this fabulous harvest.
Harvest: September 30. 3.57 ton, 22 brix, 7.9 g/l TA, 3.18 pH
Treatment: Destemmed, crushed, 10 day fermentation at 64-80 degrees. 100% malolactic fermentation. Aged 14 months in American Oak.
Final stats: 6.0 g/l TA, 3.48 pH, 0.4% residual sugar, 13.3% alcohol. 189 cases produced.
