Wine Club Agreement


As a member of the McGregor Wine Club, you agree to the following conditions:

Club Agreement

  • You agree to have your credit card securely stored by McGregor Vineyard, and agree to having your wine club wines billed automatically in the months of February, May, August, and November. You will be notified via email in advance of each billing.
  • You will be notified at least two weeks in advance of any billing or shipment. Email is the winery's primary form of communication, along with text messaging.
  • Wine club wines will be billed at a special club discount of 25% off their listed full retail value, plus any applicable tax or shipping fees. Wine Club shipping fees are subject to change at any time.
  • Each club shipment consists of a minimum of three bottles of wine. The customer will be notified when they can log into mcgregorwinery.com and customize their shipment. If you submit your wine customization after your shipment has been processed and you have received an email receipt you will receive the wines listed on your receipt. 
  • Any changes of address, contact information, or requests to cancel a club membership must be made in writing two weeks before club shipments. Email is an acceptable method to communicate these changes.
  • McGregor Vineyard reserves the right to decide to ship wines that have not been picked up within 90 days of the invoice date. Shipping charges may apply.

Shipping Policy

  • All wine shipments must be received by a person 21 years of age or older. Any person receiving the package will sign for the receipt of the shipment.
  • Customers will be informed in advance of any and all shipments. It is the responsibility of the customer to be aware of shipping notices sent via email and to respond or otherwise contact the winery if they will be unable to receive the shipment. It is also the responsibility of the customer to take note of the address and delivery details and to notify the winery if there are errors or other updates required.
  • Arrangements can be made by contacting the winery to specify the day wine will ship. It is recommended that shipments be sent to an office, friend, or neighbor if you can't guarantee you will be available to receive your wine in person.
  • There will be a $15 fee to handle and reship packages that are returned to the winery. UPS will make delivery attempts once a day for three consecutive weekdays before that shipment is sent back to the winery.

Wine Club Packages

  • The winery allows for any order or club package that is not shipped to be held at the winery for up to 12 months from the date of purchase. After the 12 month period has expired, the order must be shipped, arranged for pickup, or forfeited. Anybody with orders approaching the 12 month holding period will be contacted so that appropriate arrangements can be made. To check on your orders status or to make arrangements please click here.
