2023 Semi-Dry Riesling
Aromatic, bountiful ripe orchard fruits- peach, apricot, nectarine. Medium bodied, luscious, and balanced. It’ll impress at any summertime picnic…have it on hand and enjoy with everybody.
Harvest: 10/11/23 - 2.5 tons, 18.2 brix, 7.5 g/l TA, 3.20 pH
Treatment: Destemmed and pressed. Fermentation lasted 14 days at 54-59 degrees in stainless steel tanks. The wine was cold and heat stabilized and then filtered. June 2024 bottling.
Current Stats: 7.7 g/l TA, 3.01 pH, 1.75% RS, 11.5% ABV
